In order to help new staff integrate into the corporate culture quickly and adapt to the working environment, EETI held various training for new staff on Dec.20th and 21st, 2016 as there were too many new staffs recently.
In order to do a good job in the staffs training and let new staffs fully understand and integrate into the company culture, and enhance team cooperation ability and personal quality, the human resources department carried out careful planning and arrangement. The training course covered company's development history, organizational structure, company culture, rules and regulations, workflow, electricity safety, fire safety, secrecy education, etc... Training teachers acted by relevant department heads gave a lecture to the new staffs in deep but simply way. Not only did it make the new employees in the process of enterprise environment injected power and confidence, but also laid the foundation for the upcoming "new" life. After the training, the human resources department conducted a basic assessment of new staffs; they had got a comprehensive understanding of the company, as well as confidence in the enterprise outlook and personal career development by short-term training.
